1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Video to Audio: Extract m4a mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides a tool for local video-to-audio conversion. All processing is performed locally on your device. The App allows users to preview converted files and save them to their device storage.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers weekly and monthly subscription packages. Subscriptions provide access to premium features or an ad-free experience. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings.
4. User Content and Privacy
The App processes videos stored on your device. We do not upload your videos or audio files to external servers. You are solely responsible for the content you convert and must ensure you have the legal right to possess and modify such media. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Permissions
To function correctly, the App requires access to your device's photo gallery and file storage. Denial of these permissions will prevent the App from selecting videos or saving converted audio files.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes, including the unauthorized conversion of copyrighted material. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or bypass any security features of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the conversion process will be error-free or compatible with all video formats.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss or device damage.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
