Unbend is unlocked with a single one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. The unlock belongs to the store account that bought it, not to one device.
To bring it back after a reinstall or on a new device, sign in to the same Apple or Google account and open Settings → About → Restore purchase.
Refunds are handled by the store. On iPhone or iPad use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use your Google Play order history.
I paid but DXF and the 1:1 PDF are still locked. Open Settings → About → Restore purchase, and make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase.
My 1:1 printout measures wrong. Printer dialogs apply “fit to page” by default and silently shrink the template. Turn scaling off, print again, and measure the calibration ruler on the first page: it must read exactly 100 mm and 4 inches.
The flat length does not match my press brake. Bend allowance depends on your material and tooling. Bend a test piece, then set your own value in Settings → My K-factor table so every later calculation uses your shop's number.
How many jobs can I save for free? Three. Every shape, every calculation, the ordinate table, the CSV export, and the shareable image are free and unlimited; the one-time unlock removes the saved-job limit and adds DXF and the PDF templates.
Does the app need an internet connection? No. Every calculation and export works offline. A connection is needed only to buy or restore the unlock and to receive app updates.
