1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using One Cut, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

One Cut is a skill game. Each round shows a shape and a target ratio, and you split the shape with a single swipe; the closer the two pieces are to the target, the higher the grade. The App offers a Classic mode, a Time Attack mode and a Daily challenge that everyone plays with the same sequence. Rewards such as boxes, looks, blades and goals are earned by playing.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older as required by local law) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • The App is free to play and supported by advertisements. It offers the following optional in-app purchases:Remove Ads (one-time; removes interstitial ads and makes the continue after a lost run free),Blade Pack (one-time; unlocks every blade at once, including blades found only in the pack, and adds pack-only music), and shard packs(consumable).
  • Pricing is shown in the App and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The App offers no subscriptions.
  • One-time purchases belong to the store account that bought them and can be brought back on a new device with Restore Purchases.
  • Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

5. Shards and Boxes

  • Shards are the App's virtual currency. You earn them by completing goals and by watching optional rewarded ads (a daily limit applies), and you can buy them in shard packs. Shards can be spent in the App on continuing a run, unlocking a blade, a music family or a look, a daily streak shield, and practice runs that start from a stage you have already reached.
  • Shards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the App, and cannot be transferred to another person. Spent shards are not returned.
  • Purchased shards are held by RevenueCat and come back after a reinstall. Shards earned in play are stored with your game progress on the device and are lost if you delete the App.
  • Boxes and their contents are earned only by playing. They can never be bought with money or with shards.
  • Purchases never change your score. Practice runs started with shards do not count toward best scores, depth records or goals.

6. Game Progress

Your progress is stored only on your device. We do not back it up, so deleting the App or clearing its data erases it permanently. We may rebalance the game, change rules, rewards or prices, or add and remove content in updates.

7. User Obligations

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not tamper with the App, its purchases or its servers, or use automated tools or modified versions to gain shards, rewards or scores.

8. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, artwork and branding within One Cut are owned byLoopLab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission. Fonts and music included in the App are used under their respective licences.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including loss of game progress or virtual items, resulting from use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any change signifies your acceptance.
