1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using 32 Milim, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

32 Milim is a calculation assistant for frameless (32 mm system) cabinet making. From a carcass size and a face layout it calculates door and drawer front sizes, drawer box cut sizes for the hardware system you choose, a boring pattern, and a part list that can be exported as a PDF. Results are based on the dimensions and settings you enter and on the manufacturer catalog values shipped with the App.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older as required by local law) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• 32 Milim offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, 32 Milim Pro, which removes the three-job limit of the free version, backs up your jobs to our servers and keeps them in sync, so they can be restored after you reinstall the App or change phones, and removes the advertisements shown in the free version.
• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Pricing is shown in the App and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• The free version of the App calculates without limits, works fully on your device and is supported by advertisements; it keeps up to three saved jobs. Unlimited jobs, server backup, sync and ad-free use require a subscription. When a subscription ends, the jobs you already have remain on your device and stay accessible; backup stops, advertisements return, and you cannot create new jobs beyond the free limit until you subscribe again or delete some.
• Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

5. User Obligations

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions and settings you enter.
• Always verify the calculated sizes, boring positions, and part lists against your hardware and material before cutting or drilling.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and branding within 32 Milim are owned byLoopLab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission. Manufacturer names and hardware system names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the systems the App calculates for.

7. Generated Content and Accuracy

The App calculates sizes automatically from the values you enter and from published manufacturer catalog data. Catalog values are shown with their source, and values not yet verified against a manufacturer page are marked as such in the App. We cannot guarantee suitability for every material, hardware version, or workshop practice. You assume full responsibility for verifying every measurement before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including wasted material, damaged hardware, financial loss, or injuries resulting from use of the App or its output.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time. Settings → Delete my data permanently erases your jobs from the device and from their backup on our servers; it does not cancel a subscription, which you manage through the App Store or Google Play.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any change signifies your acceptance.
