32 Milim Privacy Policy

Effective Date: Sep 13, 2026

App Name: 32 Milim

Data Controller: LoopLab

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how 32 Milim (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Job Data: The cabinet jobs you create in the App: carcass sizes, face layouts, reveal and thickness settings, the hardware system you pick, and the module names you type. This data is stored on your device. If you subscribe to 32 Milim Pro, a copy is also stored on our servers under an anonymous identifier so it can be restored after you reinstall the App or change phones.
  • Anonymous Identifier: The App does not require an account. On first launch it derives a random, anonymous device identifier (kept in the device keychain on iOS and derived from the Android device ID on Android) used only to associate your jobs and subscription status with your installation. It does not contain your name, email, or any personal contact details.
  • Purchase & Subscription Data: When you buy a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status (active or expired) but never your payment card or billing details.
  • Hardware Catalog Requests: The App periodically asks our server for the latest hardware catalog. These requests carry no personal data.
  • Usage & Diagnostic Data: We and our service providers may collect anonymous technical information such as device type, operating system version, crash reports (Sentry) and which screens and features are used (PostHog) to maintain compatibility, fix bugs, and improve the App. This data is tied to the anonymous identifier, never to a name or email.
  • Advertising Data: The free version of the App shows banner and interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and technical information to deliver and measure ads. On iOS, personalised ads are shown only if you allow tracking when the system asks; otherwise ads are non-personalised. In the EEA and UK you are shown a consent form and can change your choice at any time from the App's Settings. 32 Milim Pro subscribers see no advertisements.
  • Support Communications: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain the App’s functionality, including backing up and restoring your jobs when you subscribe.
  • To process and verify subscriptions.
  • To deliver hardware catalog updates.
  • To display advertisements in the free version of the App.
  • To analyze performance, fix bugs, and improve stability and user experience.
  • To respond to your support requests.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide the features and subscriptions you request.
  • Consent: When you choose to subscribe to backup and sync, or contact support.
  • Legitimate Interest: To ensure proper operation, security, and improvement of the App.

5. Data Sharing

We use trusted third-party services to operate the App, including Apple and Google (app distribution and in-app purchases), Google AdMob (advertising in the free version), RevenueCat (subscription management), Sentry (crash reporting), PostHog (product analytics), and our hosting provider (job backup and catalog delivery). We do not sell or rent your data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Jobs backed up to our servers are retained for as long as they are associated with your anonymous identifier or until you delete them within the App; a deleted job is removed from our servers on the next sync. Diagnostic data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

You can erase everything we hold at any time: openSettings in the App and tapDelete my data. This permanently removes your jobs from this device and from their backup on our servers, together with the anonymous identifier record and the subscription events stored against it. The action cannot be undone and does not cancel your subscription, which is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Workshop defaults and your language choice stay on the device. You may also email us at [email protected] to request deletion.

7. Security

We use standard security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS/SSL) connections, to protect your data in transit. No system is completely secure, but we make every reasonable effort to safeguard your information.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us to request removal of such data.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your jobs within the App at any time, erase everything we hold with Settings → Delete my data (see section 6), or contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

10. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy: Apple App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Sentry, and PostHog.

11. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website.
