1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Grid Maker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Grid Maker lets you slice a photo into seamless grid tiles that line up on your Instagram profile (or anywhere else you post them). All image processing happens on your device, and the generated tiles are saved to your photo gallery only when you choose to export them.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older as required by local law) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Grid Maker offers an optional purchase,Pro, which removes banner and interstitial advertisements from the App.
• Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription and/or a one-time purchase. The available plans, durations, and prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• The free version of the App provides the same grid features but displays advertisements.
• Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you use in the App and the grid tiles you create from them. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the photos you select and for how you use or publish the resulting tiles. We claim no ownership over your content, and the grid feature never uploads it to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on analytics data.

6. User Obligations

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use the App to process or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the App’s advertising or purchase mechanisms.

7. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and branding within Grid Maker are owned byLoopLab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

8. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for the products and services they promote.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including data loss, financial loss, or any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the App or its output.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any change signifies your acceptance.
