This Privacy Policy explains how Grid Maker (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

- Image Data: Photos you select to generate grids are processed entirely on your device — the grid feature itself never uploads them to our servers. Generated grid tiles are saved to your photo gallery only when you choose to export them. Note that session replays (see Usage & Analytics Data below) may include what is shown on the App’s screens, including a preview of the photo you are editing.
- Purchase Data: If you purchase a subscription, the payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment card details. We useRevenueCat to validate purchases and manage subscription status; it processes a pseudonymous app user ID and your purchase history.
- Usage & Analytics Data: We usePostHog to collect usage events (such as screens viewed, features used, and taps) together with technical information like device type, operating system, app version, and language. This includes session replay — a visual recording of how you interact with the App’s screens, which may include the content shown on them. This data is pseudonymous and helps us understand how the App is used and improve it.
- Crash & Diagnostics Data: We useSentry to collect crash reports and performance diagnostics, which may include your IP address and device information, so we can identify bugs and improve stability.
- Advertising Data: The free version of the App shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. On iOS, personalized ads are shown only if you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt; otherwise ads are non-personalized.

Grid Maker does not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, solely to operate the App as described in this Policy.

Your original photos and exported grid tiles are never stored on our servers — they remain on your device. Analytics, session replay, crash, and purchase records are retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which they are deleted or anonymized by the respective service providers.

We use standard security measures to protect your information. While no system is completely secure, we make every reasonable effort to safeguard your data.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors. Contact us to request removal of any such data.
