3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium Features: The App offers Weekly and Annual subscriptions ("Pro") that provide an ad-free experience.
- Billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's standard billing terms.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device settings. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding data provided by third-party price feeds) are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Gold Oz, ALTINS1, Silver Price shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial losses or data errors.
