1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using G-Code Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

G-Code Generator allows users to convert image files into G-Code for CNC, laser, or plotter machines. Generated G-Codes are based on the user's uploaded images and selected settings.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older as required by local law) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Obligations

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Do not upload illegal, copyrighted, or harmful material.
• You are responsible for all content and G-Codes you generate.
• Always verify generated G-Code before using it on hardware.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and branding within G-Code Generator are owned by LoopLab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

6. Generated Content and Accuracy

The App generates G-Code automatically. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all hardware or software. You assume full responsibility for testing and safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including machine damage, data loss, or injuries resulting from use of the App or its output.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any change signifies your acceptance.
