These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Emoji Video AI (the "App") and any related services provided by LoopLab ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Emoji Video AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials associated with the App.
• You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use Emoji Video AI. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. AI-Generated Content

Emoji Video AI allows you to create videos using emojis, prompts, and selected styles. The resulting videos are generated using AI-based models and external services.

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any generated content.
• You are solely responsible for how you use or share the generated videos, including any posting to social media or third-party platforms.
• You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable.

4. User Content and License

You may provide input content to the App, such as emojis, text prompts, and other creative ideas ("User Content").

By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You grant LoopLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, process, and store User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the App and related Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding User Content) are owned by LoopLab or its licensors. This includes, without limitation, all software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

6. In-App Purchases, Credits, and Ads

6.1 Credits and Consumable Items

Emoji Video AI may offer credits or similar virtual items that can be used within the App (for example, to generate videos or unlock features).

• Credits are virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other items outside the App.
• All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2 Subscriptions and Non-Consumable Purchases

We may offer subscriptions or non-consumable products (for example, a "Remove Ads" purchase).

• Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through your app store account settings, in accordance with the terms of the app store.
• Non-consumable purchases (such as remove-ads) are typically associated with your app store account and may be restorable on other devices logged into the same account.

6.3 Advertising and Rewarded Ads

The App may display banner ads and/or rewarded ads. By using the App, you understand and agree that:

• Ads are provided by third-party ad networks and may be personalized or non-personalized, depending on your consent and region.
• Rewarded ads may grant you virtual items (such as extra credits) after you watch the ad as required by the ad network.
• We do not guarantee the availability, value, or frequency of rewarded ads.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Use the App to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.
• Use any automated means (including bots, scripts, or scrapers) to access the App except as expressly permitted by us.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, credit limits, or security measures.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Some provisions of these Terms (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

Emoji Video AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that generated videos or AI outputs will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoopLab and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims relating to the App exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) for access to the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoopLab and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update or modify the App at any time, including by adding, changing, or removing features. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (such as in-app notification) where required by law. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
