1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cutlist Optimizer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Cutlist Optimizer helps users plan how to cut parts from sheet material (such as plywood, MDF, or metal panels) by calculating optimized cutting layouts and producing cut lists and PDF exports. Results are based on the dimensions and settings you enter.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older as required by local law) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Cutlist Optimizer offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Cutlist Pro, which provides unlimited PDF exports and removes advertisements.
• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Pricing is shown in the App and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• The free version provides a limited number of PDF exports and the option to earn additional exports by watching rewarded advertisements.
• Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

5. User Obligations

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions and settings you enter.
• Always verify the generated cut plan and measurements before cutting any material.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and branding within Cutlist Optimizer are owned byLoopLab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

7. Generated Content and Accuracy

The App calculates cutting layouts automatically. While we aim for accuracy, results depend on the data you provide, and we cannot guarantee suitability for every material, machine, or project. You assume full responsibility for verifying plans and measurements before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including wasted material, financial loss, or injuries resulting from use of the App or its output.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any change signifies your acceptance.
