1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CodeRunner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

CodeRunner is a mobile code editor that lets you write code and run it on a remote, sandboxed execution environment, returning the output to your device. Available languages, runtimes, and usage limits may change over time.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older as required by local law) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for lawful development, learning, and testing.
• Do not run code intended to attack, overload, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or service (including ours).
• Do not mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or perform bulk or automated abuse of the execution service.
• Do not submit unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes others’ rights, and do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or technical protections.
• You are responsible for the code and input you submit. Do not include secrets or sensitive personal data, as code is transmitted to our servers for execution.

5. Free Tier and Subscriptions

• Free Tier: CodeRunner includes a limited number of free code runs per day. The limit may change.
• CodeRunner Pro: An auto-renewable subscription that removes the daily run limit and unlocks additional features, offered on a monthly and an annual plan. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before purchase.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Purchases are processed by the app stores; refund requests are subject to Apple’s or Google’s policies, not ours.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and branding within CodeRunnerare owned by LoopLab. You retain ownership of the code you write. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App, or build a competing service using our backend, without written permission.

7. Execution Accuracy

The App executes code on a remote service. While we aim for reliable results, we cannot guarantee correctness, availability, or compatibility with every use case. Code execution is provided for development and learning; do not rely on it for critical or production workloads.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or other harm resulting from your use of the App or its execution output.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or threaten the stability or security of the service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any change signifies your acceptance.
